This three-day intensive course in Hebrew palaeography will introduce participants to various aspects of Hebrew palaeography, ranging from the origins of the oriental square script origins to the development of the Italian, Sefardi, and Ashkenazi square, semi-cursive, and cursive scripts.
Classes and workshops will be conducted by Professor Judith Schlanger (EPHE, Paris) and Professor Mauro Perani (Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna).
